PUCA Members in the Northeast District! Please join us for a District Meeting on April 24, 2025 from 6:00pm to 8:30pm. Cost is $75.00. Enjoy the evening with your colleagues and fellow members as well as our vibrant guest panel. Space is limited, so make sure to register today!

Into the Great Wide Open – 

How Federal Agencies’ Recent Loss of Power Will Enhance the Utility Industry

Between recent executive orders and Supreme Court rulings, federal administrative agencies have far less discretion and authority to create and enforce rules that govern, direct, and restrict businesses. To help utility contractors figure out this more open regulatory environment, this panel discussion will examine changes in the creation and enforcement of workplace safety, labor, and wage regulations. A panel of regulatory lawyers (Tom Davies, Andrew Levy, and Michael Metz-Topodas) will answer your questions about what utility contractors can expect from the NLRB, the Wage and Hour Division, and OSHA.

DINNER: You will need to select a dinner option at time of registration. 

All Dinners will include an Orange Cognac Salad, Garlic Smashed Potatoes, Vegetables, Bread & Butter, Dessert and Non-Alcoholic Drinks. You will be asked to choose an entree. Choices are:
