Spots went extremely quickly this year, however there are still Sponsorship opportunites to support the outstanding efforts of Pennsylvania Utility Contractors Association by getting your company name / branding on the course for all to see! Golfer Registration for the PUCA West Memorial Golf Outing is now SOLD OUT

Tom's Run Course with a 10:00 AM Shotgun Start at the Chestnut Ridge Golf Resort and Conference Center. The number of golfers is limited to 144 and registrations will be filled on a first come, first served basis. This is PUCA's most popular event, and typically sells out by Mid-June! 

Your golfer registration fee includes: Golf Cart, Greens Fee, Boxed Lunch, Mulligan Stew Raffle Ticket and Catered Dinner. There will also opportunities to purchase Mulligans, Poker Run Cards (15th Annual!) and Ladies Tees. There will also be raffle tickets sold for cash prizes and golfer gifts.

Rain Policy: - All events will start as scheduled unless course is deemed unplayable. Every effort will be made to complete the tourney, even in inclement weather. No raindate has been established. Rainchecks may be issued only if Chestnut Ridge Resort deems the conditions and course unplayable. Due to the necessity of bulk ordering of food prior to the event, lunch, dinner and cocktail arrangements will continue as planned.

Time

Registration will open at 9:00 AM on 8/1/2025, with a Shotgun Start promptly at 10:00 AM.

Dinner will begin following the end of play.
