DESCRIPTION:Golfer Registration for the PUCA West Memorial Golf Outing is now open!Tom's Run Course with a 10:00 AM Shotgun Start at the Chestnut Ridge Golf Resort and Conference Center. The number of golfers is limited to 144 and registrations will be filled on a first come\, first served basis. This is PUCA's most popular event\, and typically sells out by Mid-June but the event in 2025 sold out in TWO WEEKS! Due to the popularity of this event\, only foursome golfing registrations will be accepted this year. Your golfer registration fee includes: Golf Cart\, Greens Fee\, Boxed Lunch\, Mulligan Stew Raffle Ticket and Catered Dinner. There will also opportunities to purchase Mulligans\, Poker Run Cards (16th Annual!) and Ladies Tees. We are selling additional raffle tickets for cash prizes and golfer gifts. There are ample sponsorship opportunities to support the outstanding efforts of Pennsylvania Utility Contractors Association by getting your company name / branding on the course for all to see! Click on the Sponsorship Registration Link for more details.Please also consider donations of promotional give-away items for all 144 golfers or single items to be raffled off during dinner after golfing. Contact Nancy Kukurin to coordinate delivery of donated items. We look forward to seeing you on August 7\, 2026. Rain Policy: - All events will start as scheduled unless course is deemed unplayable. Every effort will be made to complete the tourney\, even in inclement weather. No raindate has been established. Rainchecks may be issued only if Chestnut Ridge Resort deems the conditions and course unplayable. Due to the necessity of bulk ordering of food prior to the event\, lunch\, dinner and cocktail arrangements will continue as planned.
