Thank you for your interest in Membership! Please take a moment to submit your PUCA Membership Application. 

All PUCA members are assigned to one of 6 state-wide districts. Enter your Zip Code below to help determine your District. If you are unsure, leave the field blank, and we will assign when processing your membership. - Thank you!

Utility, Excavators and Specialty - all based on volume. Please select your Contractor Level (Level 0 through Level 4) based on sales volume in the dropdown box above.

For Industry Suppliers. For Companies with one location, please select Associate + AB0 (Associate Membership with 0 Additional Locations). Additional branch (AB) memberships may be purchased ($80/each) if company has multiple locations, however, only the Associate Membership location will have voting rights (per PUCA Bylaws). All locations will be included in our Membership Directory.

Any person, firm or corporation that employs labor on the job site, but does not bid or perform any utility construction or excavation work.

Professional services that are not Supplier-related and do not meet criteria for Contractor or Associate Memberships. (Example: Municipality, School or Association).

If a company is purchasing their initial Associate Membership and has multiple locations, the 2nd (3rd, 4th, etc) location is eligible for Additional Branch Memberships at a much-reduced rate. This allows companies to list multiple locations in PUCA's membership directory as well as allowing access to membership benefits for all locations/staff. Please note: only the First Associate Membership location will have voting rights per PUCA Bylaws.
