Into the Great Wide Open – How Federal Agencies’ Recent Loss of Power Will Enhance the Utility Industry

Between recent executive orders and Supreme Court rulings, federal administrative agencies have far less discretion and authority to create and enforce rules that govern, direct, and restrict businesses. To help utility contractors figure out this more open regulatory environment, this panel discussion will examine changes in the creation and enforcement of workplace safety, labor, and wage regulations. A panel of regulatory lawyers (Tom Davies, Andrew Levy, and Michael Metz-Topodas) will answer your questions about what utility contractors can expect from the NLRB, the Wage and Hour Division, and OSHA.
